Hora Říp
Památné místo české historie, je zdaleka viditelná hora cca 5 km od Roudnice nad Labem. Kronikář Dalimil počátkem 14. století uvedl právě horu Říp a její okolí jako místo, kde se usadili první Slované vedení praotcem Čechem při příchodu do nové vlasti. Na vrcholu se nachází románská Rotunda svatého Jiří.
Říp Mountain
A memorable place in Czech history, the mountain is visible from afar, about 5 km from Roudnice nad Labem. At the beginning of the 14th century, chronicler Dalimil mentioned Mount Říp and its surroundings as the place where the first Slavs, led by their ancestor Czech, settled when they arrived in their new homeland. At the top is the Romanesque Rotunda of St. George.
